- Expertise in engineering digital signage solutions such as LED, large-format displays, projection, etc.
- Expertise with A/V supporting technologies (eg touchscreens, video distribution systems, media players)
- Success in deploying and supporting large scale digital signage implementations in a multi-location/multi-geography environment
- Ability to triage, troubleshoot and fix problems and incidents - using vendor and third-party tools
- Strong working knowledge of industry-standard processes for ticket management and service delivery
- Good listening, communication and documentation skills
- Research-oriented approach to fixing problems
Required experience for this role:
- 5+ years with digital signage experience
- 3+ years in a support engineering role
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills and ability
- Competency in CAD software
- Experience with Windows and OSX as part of a digital signage solutions
