Government Client requires a Digital Services and Channels Manager to develop and manage the Digital Services they provide for customers. To manage a small team who will lead on the digital service provisionfor the Agency. To help the Agency be a more customer focussed organisation. Provide subject matter expertise to Directors and Stakeholders. To provide clear direction and support to the team. Responsible for designing and delivering all digital customer materials across all schemes and services; and supporting driving take up of online services while delivering 'value for money'. Also responsible for the Agency's representation at industry events; Managing the content, accuracy and version control of all customer materials including on-line, and face to face touch points of all customer journeys through the Agency's segmented service packages; Assisiting the Head of the Customer Relationship Team to be the brand guardian for the Agency's implementation, delivery and management of the total customer experience, including the specification of business procedures for all operational customer facing personnel; Designing and executing all Agency campaign activity to deliver the overall customer outcomes required; including on-line take-up of Agency services; Supporting the Agency requirements under the 'digital by default' customer experience required by Government
