Cambridge International Examinations is recruiting a Digital Service Delivery Manager to ensure that new digital services we deliver to international schools are properly supported and monitored. Our customer base is varied, covering over 160 countries, and our digital services are becoming increasingly complex and business critical. Consequently, it is essential that the support we offer matches the increasing demands of our customers.
With a primary focus on computer-based testing, this hands on role will work with customer-facing colleagues as well as technical partners and our Operations division to put in place robust support for international schools using our new digital services. You will also ensure that these services are appropriately monitored, with usage metrics or direct school feedback acted upon to further enhance the service we offer.
You are an enthusiastic and creative self-starter, with a proven ability to work under pressure. You will also have desire to support our growing community of international teachers and learners, and recognise the many benefits (and shortcomings) of using technology to support them.
