As a part of the Digital Digital Recruitment team, your focus will be on driving the recruitment pipelines across digital delivery functions, including analytics, interactive and mobility.

You will help to identify and build relationships with candidates nationally and internationally within niche or specialised digital delivery skill sets, ensuring that candidates are progressed efficiently throughout the process; from screening to onboarding.

* Work with the Supply & Demand team to understand the pipeline of new demand
* Design and implement candidate management strategies and approaches for a variety of roles covering multiple disciplines and levels. You will be responsible for managing the candidate management strategies for significant sized business units and for managing relationships with those stakeholders.
* Engaging with candidates to ensure they are progressed efficiently and effectively
* Identify and implement new processes and concepts particularly relating improve key metrics
* Collate market research and provide insight to the business on talent pool sizing, competitor movements.
* Own and manage relationships with key senior business stakeholders to build business buy in for recruitment processes
* Work with recruiters and the hiring managers to understand the precise requirements of the roles being recruited.
* Create job descriptions and advertising copy based on business requirements.
* Provide regular reporting on performance against action plans and timelines for assigned process projects
* Analyse MI for different business areas to understand the key business metrics
