Digital QA/Test Manager, Amsterdam, Netherlands 850/day

Our client is implementing a new digital strategy and is looking for a senior QA/TEST MANAGER with experience in handling Test/QA for DIGITAL PLATFORMS SUPPORTING GLOBAL BRANDS. They are a global brand operating in 80 countries, 50,000 employees.

You will need to have at least 5 YEARS ITIL MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, worked in a DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT, and be able to champion the development of a comprehensive functional, automation and non-functional test strategy.

You will have excellent communication skills, fluen in English and ideally another language. You will need to articulate and enforce standards and requirements within QA and development teams as well as be the point of contact for any ongoing management of third party test providers both onshore and offshore. Excellent communication is also needed as you will be an advocate of agile testing and QA best practices test tools and methods across the entire system development life cycle.

You will be able to organize and prioritize testing efforts for all initiatives across multiple development efforts, technology components and development partners.

You will be able to identify gaps and build capabilities in the software test automation practices across digital solution development teams whilst provide coaching to agile development teams and product owners, digital service owners where needed to ensure agile testing principles are applied.

Your role will also involve planning and coordinating the availability of test environments, with Back End systems and to ensure all over quality. You will Develop and mange testing and quality metrics to provide continuous insight into performance whilst producing reports highlighting the quality of each release that provides predictability for production.

Although based near Amsterdam there will be some travel to London involved. You must already be eligible to work in the EU and UK. Only CVs submitted via email or online will be considered.
