Digital Propositon Marketing Manager

*Digital Marketing, Proposition change, Financial Services - 3-6 months - York*

Hyphen have opportunities to work for a large FTSE100 client of ours based in York, require a Digital Proposition Marketing Manager to join their expanding team for between 3-6 months.
The client is looking for someone who comes from a financial services and digital marketing background and is able to develop propositions within investments and savings products.

Key Accountabilities

*Undertaking market and competitor analysis in order to understand current capability; identify and recommend digital initiatives for proposition developments so that they meet the needs of our customers more effectively than our competitors.
*Identifies digital requirements/user journeys and communicates them clearly to the business and IT Teams in requirement definition workshops, sprints and user acceptance testing.
*Clarify and prioritise requirements when questions arise and reviews using the agreed-'quality sign off' criteria
*Participates in and/or attends all requirements meetings, prioritisation sessions, reviews, Sprint planning and any other meetings
*Identify the operational/service gaps and business owners needed to support the customer journey, sourcing new tools and games to support engagement and defining how social media integrates with the Front End.
*Working with strategy identify opportunities and generate innovative ideas and support business decisions.
*Engage, motivate and lead the Project team (including third parties if relevant), and oversee the effective execution of the relevant marketing activities across the year
*Ensure the development and delivery of the marketing plan for the proposition
*Manage Stakeholder engagement and sign off
*Manage the performance review of all activities and drive the learning loop.
