Digital Project Manager - Manchester - Contract

My Manchester based client is currently recruiting for a Digital PM to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering sophisticated solutions to clients, the successful candidate MUST have a strong grasp of Magento, and Wordpress, also some exposure to WooCommerce platforms with ability to talk clients through these platforms.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Delivery of excellent customer service.
- Have the ability to quickly grasp sophisticated client requirements, solve client problems, arrive at a solution and eloquently communicate the solution.
- Liaise with clients in collating assets, content and feedback (delivering exceptional consultative service to our clients).
- Ownership of a number of existing client projects and support to Head of Digital on larger accounts
- Development and management of strong relationships with new and existing clients, having the ability to talk ROI, conversions, marketing messaging etc with clients
- Ongoing review and management of client satisfaction alongside Head of Digital
- Build a deep understanding of a client organisation and industry to identify opportunities and develop ideas appropriate to a client's business
- Collation of clear and insightful briefs - both internally and externally
- Ensure strong collaboration and engagement with the web team to maximise the quality of service delivered
- Defining project plans, project tasks, dependencies, resources and timeline
- Outlining project within Project Management System
- Manage project scope, timelines, and technical details
- Managing internal and external resources
- Ensuring team members understand deliverables and have task lists
- Putting together technical write-up for programming features of the site alongside the development team
- Making sure projects stay within timetables and budgets
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) - across all levels, internally and externally
- The ability to work with minimal supervision
- The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks successfully
- Experience with Magento, Wordpress and WooCommerce platforms with the ability to guide clients through these platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound commercial awareness
- General understanding of all communications channels but a strong and demonstrable focus on digital
- Over 3 - 5 years prior project management experience

ADVANTAGEOUS COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

- Experience across B2B, B2C digital projects
- Experience of managing projects through from initiation to completion (Project Management)
- Experience of working in a multi-service digital agency
