Digital Project Manager

Help to lead diverse teams of marketers, designers, developers in the execution of new 32 new microsite builds, SEO, mobile enhancement and social channel integration. This includes guiding projects from concept through completion, on schedule, on budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Develop project plans, requirements documents and processes and then manage those projects, resources and processes daily through to completion.
- Apply knowledge of digital best practices to meet project goals.
- Work with project team to determine and communicate website strategies, information architecture, and application design and technology requirements.
- Work with interactive team to create detailed accurate proposals, project descriptions, schedules and estimates.
- Understands, adheres to and holds others accountable for following the established project development process.
- Understands the business issues as well as the individual needs and develops solutions to meet those needs.
- Through requirements gathering and solidification at project onset and quality assurance testing at project completion, ensures final product meets quality standards.
- Understands and works to adhere to both traffic and billing procedures.
- Ensures adhesion to overall strategic direction.
- Facilitates meetings with internal stakeholders and works with developers and other agency groups (account management, creative, user experience) to set project objectives and strategies for delivery.
- "Look ahead" in order to keep assigned projects on schedule and work toward resolving issues before they become "fires".
- Bring all assigned projects in on time and within budget, while appropriately managing scope changes, in order to ultimately deliver a quality product.

Should be a good listener and communicator with the ability to understand business challenges and collaboratively develop web-based solutions to address them.
