Projektbeschreibung

The Digital Product Manager is responsible for managing product initiatives and customer experience from ideation to rollout. The Product Manager identifies and develops new product enhancements, performs business case analysis, "sells" and obtains acceptance from stakeholders for the recommended enhancements, documents requirements along with its prioritization and works with the technology team to deliver the enhancement that generates business value. The Digital Product Manager will closely collaborate with the UI design, marketing, analytics, branding, technology, compliance, operations, and lines of business to understand the feasibility of the solution and subsequently obtain delivery of the solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define, analyze and communicate product roadmap aligned with business objectives and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis
- Promote and create customer loyalty through highly innovative, quality driven product strategies and feature sets
- Document and prioritize product specifications including goals, use cases and requirements
- Work with a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into new features and services
- Gather customer feedback to validate that the product works against stated metrics. Prioritize and deliver necessary enhancements
- Product owner responsibilities within an agile team, specifically documenting user stories, acceptance criteria and user interface design
- Drive day-to-day prioritization of work operations, projects and scope, troubleshoot reported issues

QUALIFICATIONS
The Product Manager role requires a mastery of product and project management, a great instinct for developing compelling user interface and user experience that is optimized for financial products, and the technical aptitude to collaborate with the development team. Must be proficient in Agile development practices and must have experience as a "product owner" in an agile team. Product managers must have fun and energetic personality with a "can-do" attitude.

- Strong technical skills and fluency
- Knowledge of best-in-class user experience and how to incorporate it into product design
- Ability to articulate (both written and verbal) product concepts and product requirements
- Detail oriented. Incredibly organized and driven to get things done
- Excellent communicator (verbal, written and presentation.) Articulate the product strategy and roadmap and write detailed specification documentation
- Highly collaborative. Able to work cross-functionally, sell business ideas and drive consensus. Builds strong relationships at all levels
- Proactive. Takes initiative, drives for clarity, results-oriented, relentless and accountable

PREFERRED

- Project Management and Product Management Certifications
- Excellent analytics. Use hard data to assess opportunities. Metrics driven with a deep understanding of customer needs and the market landscape
- Fully qualified in all routine and typical aspects of the role.
- Frequently uses and applies appropriate standards, principle theories, concepts and techniques.
- Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
- Provides solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Works under general supervision and follows established procedures.

SKILLS

3+ years in Product Management within a digital enterprise; Proficient in agile development practices; Great instinct for developing compelling user interface and user experience that is optimized for financial products
