Montash have been engaged by one of our large retail clients in order to source and secure an experienced Digital Product Lead. Working as the voice of the customer, aligning the commercial needs of the business with the needs of the customers in a senior position within the business.

KEY SKILLS:

- Extensive experience around commercial digital and E-commerce platforms
- Ability to define long-term strategies and roadmaps for the product team
- Experience in migrating large data sets
- Previous experience of transforming customer platforms to operating in an innovative manner
- Leading a team of multiple direct reports
- Extensive engagement with third parties
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
