Digital Planning Analyst

A Digital Planning Analyst is required by my client, a leading international financial service, where they would be responsible for resourcing for delivery of the approved regional Order Book and creation of Scenario Plans to support project delivery.

The role holder will collate, validate and action recharging for all Centre of Excellence activity and undertake budgetary reporting. Manage approved order book planning activity for supported Digital initiatives and other priority programmes, where there is a Digital workstream, by proactively engaging with project teams.

You will ensure that all services offer standout customer experience and fully deliver on our brand promise. Provision of common global solutions while recognising that local regulations and customs will require the service to be tailored. Even where local regulation and customs tailor the service accordingly, the service quality they offer will be to the same standard across the world.

Other responsibilities include
*Analysis and reporting of resource related data and scenario plans to support prioritisation.
*Collate and produce timely and accurate programme updates on resource and budget status' to Planning and Support Manager.
*Create and maintain scenario plans contributing to re-prioritisation sessions.
*Manage utilization of resource and planning tools (eg Clarity/GPDM) to underpin effective resourcing and re-charging.

We would be looking for candidates with:
*Strong numeracy skills with a working knowledge of analysis tools eg Excel
*Awareness of project methodology, frameworks and best practice
*Working knowledge of Clarity/GpDM, along with full standard range of MS Office applications such as Powerpoint
*Experience of working in a planning role, understanding resource requirements in order to fulfil project delivery
*Good commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business
