Digital Optimisation Manager - Digital - Global Travel

THE COMPANY

ConSol Partners are looking for a Digital Optimisation Manager for a 6 month initial contract to work on site West of London. The company are a global leader in the travel sector, and have a globally recognised, household name. They have been undergoing a huge digital change over the past 18 months and are expanding their digital potential across all their web/mobile sites, mobile apps and messaging systems throughout EMEA in a massive ongoing project.

THE ROLE

In this position you will be working within the Digital Sales and Marketing EMEA team and will be responsible for the execution of multi-device, cross platform optimisation strategy across EMEA. You will be continuously improving online conversion and average basket value with a main goal of maximising the companies overall financial performance. Also, you will be the key contact for all day to day relationships with a number of key 3rd party suppliers and agencies.

THE INDIVIDUAL

- Ideally, 7+ years experience in digital marketing or E-commerce environments
- 3+ years experience specifically delivering digital optimisation programmes based upon A/B Testing, B2C digital environment.
- Demonstratable experience of working on both site and campaign optimisation strategies.
- Solid and broad knowledge of working across multiple markets
- Expertise in Multivariate and A/B testing, behavioural targeting and personalisation techniques to increase sales
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and be a strategic thinker
- Having worked with optimisation and analytics tools (Omniture, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Maxymiser)
