Digital / Mobile / Service Delivery / Project Manager - Surrey

I am looking for a Global Digital/Mobile Service Delivery Manager to work for a

Pharmaceutical Client.

Previous experience within the pharma sector would be highly beneficial, but is

not essential.

You will be required to Manager service Delivery on both a global and regional

scale. You will be involved in day to day operations and support of IT services and

driving service delivery cost reductions while maintaining/improving service

delivery, track and manage spending on support against agreed support budgets;

Building strong relationships with clients to provide support and understand their

support requirements, as well as troubleshooting performance problems and

maintaining security configurations;

You will also be required to oversees the installation and configuration of application

software, both off-the-shelf and developed in-house;

Executes service management processes at a site or group of sites;

Reports on service levels and spending;

Track and manage spending on support against agreed support budgets;

This is a 3-6 month contract starting ASAP, based in Surrey
