For our client in the Pharma industry in Basel, we are looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT

POSITION PURPOSE
The Role of the DigitEx Search or Programmatic Manager is to drive and Execute Paid Search or Programmatic Buying for assigned countries in order to increase their quality and efficiencies.
He/She ensures stringent translation of strategic communication objectives into Programmatic buying or Search activities, including full accountability of its execution as it pertains to agencies, Programmatic/Search performance management, and innovation for his/her assigned countries.
He/She is a capability expert, understands local nuances, and guide countries on the right level of investments in either Search or Programmatic Buying, acts as a local consultant.

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set, define, and execute the implementation of Programmatic Buying or Paid Search activities for assigned countries.
To ensure best in class consumer targeting capabilities and content personalization across Digital channels in collaboration with the content management team.
To ensure best in class always on Paid Search campaigns driving qualified traffic to our websites
Considers different country dynamics such as different digital maturity and consumer behaviors, when implementing the blueprints and reapplying best practices.
Support the development of central Programmatic and Search KPI framework and Benchmarks, as well as tracking for on-going optimization
Drive efficiency and effectiveness of our growing Programmatic and Search spend ultimately driving incremental sales.
Drive Search or Programmatic Buying in assigned countries to become a core competitive advantage

QUALIFICATIONS:
Business degree or equivalent. (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years' experience in Digital Media (especially in the Programmatic or Paid Search areas), preferably in large, complex, multinational organizations or leading global media agencies.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to deliver results in complex and potentially ambiguous environments
Excellent networking, influence and conflict management skills
Fluent in English, additional languages advantageous
Ability to work in multicultural international environment
Strong Project management skills
Strives for rigorous implementation and extraordinary ability to "make it happen"
Flexible, & adaptable to change

START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 6 MONTHS + EXTENSION
LOCATION: BASEL
