Digital Media Business Analyst

Harvey Nash is looking for a Digital Media Business Analyst for a 2 + month project in Switzerland.

The role is for developing business-specific organisational solutions and dealing with organisational problems, focusing in particular on process organisation and single tasks.

You are responsible for
- Surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources
- Definition of work orders and support of the target definition process
- Development and evaluation of methods of resolution
- Reviewing and improving work processes and information flows
- Giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes
- Evaluating physical and organisational resources
- Supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurance and project execution
- Consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources
- Ongoing adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions

Requirements

- The successful candidate will have a university degree and 2-3 years of project-based work experience in as many of the following domains: Digital marketing, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry context; Systems architecture and information flow engineering; Data science and capture, ideally including patient health data (eg EHRs) and mobile technology
- Business analysis and concept development experience
