For a major international client in Canton of Vaud, we are looking for a:

Digital/Media Asset Management Business Analyst

to define the business requirements and run an RFP in order to select as well as implement the best Digital Asset Management tool solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Get a deep understanding of the business processes, best practices, challenges, key success factors in order to be able to challenge the requirements and deliver the most optimal solution.
- Lead functional requirement workshops.
- Facilitate session for the design and build of the solution.
- Design the business processes/use cases/functional requirements of the future solution.
- Define, assess and coordination the functional part of the RFP
- Ensure the documentation level of detail is adapted for the configuration/development team to precisely understand what is expected as an end result.
- Ensure proper usage of design & build processes and documentations in line with our client's standards and methodology.
- Act as overall end to end test coordinator.
- Define the master test plan in order to guarantee a high level of quality for the delivered solution.
- Document the test scenarios in order to guarantee a high level of quality for the delivered solution.
- Ensure that releases of the solution are extensively tested prior to delivery of the solution and in line with the initial Functional Requirements.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- Strong Experience working as Senior Business Analyst Lead on Package and Cloud Solution for large project in international organisation
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- FUNCTIONAL EXPERT ON D/MAM SOLUTIONS
- VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF
- MS OFFICE SUITE AND MS PROJECT
- D/MAM STATE OF THE ART AND FUTURE EVOLUTIONS
- QUALITY CENTER (TEST SCENARIOS AND EXECUTION)
- AGILE ITERATIVE APPROACH
- METHODOLOGY (ANY)
- Ability to work with an Agile approach
- Fluent in English

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2016 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN CANTON OF VAUD.
