Digital Marketing & Web Content Officer - Brussels - 6 months mission - FR, DU

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Content Officer for a mission of 6 months (renewable) in Brussels to join the marketing department of an international pharmaceutical company. The Digital Marketing & Web Content Officer plays an operational role in the development of a division's new website and is involved in multi-channel marketing campaigns. He's also involved in web content management publishing.

Start: 15/06/2016

Duration: 6 months (renewable), working hours flexible (to discuss)

Location: Brussels

Mission description:

- Within the new website development project
- Gather content from marketeers to create the new website
- Make the current web site inventory/document classification
- Manage future web site content planning
- Look up for new ideas to create content inspired by other countries or make it translated - liaise with external agencies
- Understand the technology behind and be able to also update content if necessary
- Work on the KPIs and the reporting, and analyze the results
- Publish information on website with Tridion CMS tool
- For other projects
- Adapt or create some digital content via Photoshop/InDesign…
- Create and/or adapt some email templates
- Send emails via the campaign tool based on marketing timelines
- Create campaign reporting and conclusions
- Manage the campaign planning based on marketeers planning

Profile:

- Between 1 and 5 years' experience in a communication, marketing or digital environment
- Experience with a CMS, preferably with Tridion or SDL web content management
- Strong interest in web and digital marketing, with understanding of digital principles
- Knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign (edit images and pictures)
- Autonomous, proactive, team spirit and coordination skills are required
- Very good communication skills in French or Dutch with a good level in the other language (both reading and written) - English is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or HTML programming is an asset
- Campaign mailing experience is a plus
