JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position provides IT business systems support for digital marketing initiatives within the commercial organization. Primary client areas are commercial brand marketing teams, but may also include other organizations within the company. The individual will collaborate with business clients and agencies in the development, design, test and assist in the preparation, evaluation and implementation of digital media solutions to drive brand and franchise growth with a keen eye on overall strategic and tactical plans. The individual must understand customers' business objectives and requirements and work closely with customers to determine their strategic information requirements and measure performance against expectations. He/she will be responsible for implementation activities and assign individual responsibilities; occasionally assume leadership role for implementation activities; coordinating implementation with other parts of the enterprise and provide routine status of activities to Project Manager or direct supervisor. The position works within a team of similar positions, collectively providing support across the franchises within the division, and under the direction of a department manager. The position offers the opportunity to be directly linked to the division's expanding efforts to market products to consumers and health care professionals, using electronic channels.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
The position also requires knowledge of e-Marketing projects that span the entire breadth of digital media and additionally CRM, Conventions, Gamification, SEO/SEM including web site and iPad applications. Requires broad technical expertise in digital media asset life cycle management and experience in technical troubleshooting skills, a client-focused attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate must possess the ability to execute in a process-oriented environment with attention to detail; the ability to handle multiple projects or requests simultaneously; the ability to prioritize work effectively; and the ability to work under hard deadlines. Experience developing digital media assets with mobile frameworks and associated applications is required. Knowledge of search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and web site analytics like Omniture, Discover, is desirable. Knowledge and awareness of software quality validation is a plus. Ability to stay informed of current and upcoming technologies for digital marketing, and social media.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize business analysis, communication and technical skills to gauge, assess, influence, suggest and implement digital marketing solutions. Define conceptual system requirements into a technical design consisting of job flows and program specifications. Investigates alternatives and makes recommendations.
Manages projects according to milestones and within budget.
Aid in the systems development process, including planningassume leadership role for implementation activities; coordinating implementation with other parts of the enterprise and provide routine status of activities to Project Mgr or direct supervisor.
Coordinates with validation analysts software quality testing documentation, develops preliminary findings for review with business stakeholders and agencies of record and/or management.
Assess landscape and suggest technological solutions in partnership with marketing product managers and associates.
Provides direct support for assigned business areas.
100% Compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures, in addition to applicable federal and/or state laws.
Works with minimal management direction.
Identifies and implements process improvements.
Work demonstrates soundness of business judgment and ensures overall results and objectives have been achieved.

ACCOUNTABILITY/SCOPE:
Directs the work of technical, programming support and less experienced staff.
Participates in the technical evaluation of assigned staff and in the identification of development needs.
Works under general management direction.
Normally determines technical objectives of assignments.
Exercises latitude in approach to problem and solution.
Work is reviewed to determine if desired results and objectives have been achieved.
Erroneous recommendations or failure to obtain outcomes would normally result in project delays and considerable expenditure of resources.
Develop project plans, schedules and resource requirements.

SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in the field of IT, Computer Science, or related field, and 7+ years of related experience.
