The successful candidate should have strong experience working on a major re-brand ideally within the financial services industry. They should have a passion for digital marketing and strong Business Analyst skills
CORE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE ROLE:
- Analysing and documenting digital requirements
- Focused upon the customer and customer journey
- Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and discuss changes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills vital
- A good knowledge of marketing within digital banking
