JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for day-to-day campaign management driving toward planned performance goals (leads, policies, revenue).
- Maintain digital paid media performance reporting, use metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, and translate results into actionable insights.
- Follow emerging trends in online marketing media, tactics, and measurement.
- Provide paid media competitive analysis, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage media, creative, and audience testing within digital programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance integration across marketing channels.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree.
- Five (5+) years of direct marketing experience, with three (3+) years in digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience tracking key performance metrics and providing insights.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong digital media industry expertise.
- Experience implementing A/B and multivariate testing.
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team setting.
