IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Develop 3 years digital and social strategic plan to drive contribution to business success
-Steer and execute global content plan strongly integrated into above the line media campaign
-Ensure global brand consistency and performance in digital and support local markets in social media marketing activities
-Lead digital agency and work closely with ATL communication agency
-Define, monitor and report KPIs for website and social media channels
-Evaluate emerging technologies and trends
-Provide leadership and perspective for adaptation where appropriate
-Manage the website and continuously optimise website

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Master Degree (economics, communication or media)
-Profound professional experience and proven track record of success in digital marketing
-Experience ideally gained in a branded consumer marketing company or digital agency
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Experience in conceptual development and steering of brand websites
-Experience in development of online marketing and social media strategies as well as development and execution of digital campaigns and relevant content
-Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
