Digital Marketing Manager - B2C/Multichannel - Global Oil Co

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER: B2C/MULTICHANNEL: GLOBAL OIL CO.

World Leading Global Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Communications division.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll have primary responsibility to lead the execution of digital activities for the B2C oil brands. You'll work closely and collaboratively with the Campaign, Media and PR Teams to develop global campaign toolkits and support local market activation across the full mix of digital comms including how to leverage motorsports partnerships. You'll feed into and help shape how these partnerships engage with our core audience and deliver commercial value, working into the Digital Marketing Manager of Motorsports.

THE SCOPE OF DIGITAL INCLUDES:

- Brand campaigns & promotions
- Website presence
- Search Engine Optimisation & Marketing
- Content development
- Lead generation on- and off-line through the use of digital technology
- Social media
- Consultation and support for local markets for digital activities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Development and delivery of all campaign assets and content
- Production of fit for purpose global frameworks and toolkits in consultation with key local markets
- Agency management
- Local market support and training in digital.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Ideally 7 to 8 years of digital marketing experience across the full breadth of ATL, website/E-commerce, mobile, social media and measurement.
- Oil & Gas or Motorsport background ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication skills

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
