My client, a leading multinational healthcare company, is looking for a marketing manager to come in for a 12 month assignment. The successful candidate will need to have strong digital marketing expertise, and a proven track record of developing and launching successful digital campaigns to manage the complex digital projects at a strategic and global level.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- International experience in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare (preferably including North America and Europe)
- Proven track record of commercial success in a LOC marketing role or above country role
- Performance driven and strong project management skills with a high level of pro activity.
- Capacity to network effectively and build strong relationships across different countries and cultures.
- High strategic and analytical capabilities. Good communication skills.
- High level of English skills - verbally and in writing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Track record of contributions to the strategic planning process, ideally at both Category and LOC level
Proven track record of driving brand growth
Demonstrated ability to identify and deploy powerful insights that drive growth

World class brand, category or portfolio management experience including:

*Proven delivery of flawless launches
*Demonstrated ability to create and implement consistent brand assets across markets and through all consumer touch points
*Delivered successful consumer connections
*Demonstrated the ability to harness the shopper-consumer-expert relationship
*Proven P&L/budget management, budget responsibility, pricing and COG's strategy development
*Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcome
*Exceptional communication (verbal & written) and influencing skills
*Ability to manage within a Matrix organization, integrating complex multifunctional efforts crossing multiple business areas
*Experience in emerging consumer class markets or other emerging economies will be highly preferred
*Experience in managing business growth in complex regulatory environments
*Knowledge of the category's key markets (North America and Europe)

DETAILS:
The role requires the ability to manage complex projects at a strategic & global level.

The candidate will support the Lip Health Category Director and team in the following key areas:

DIGITAL

oDeploying global brand positioning to develop and implement persuasive Digital communication for Lip Health, collaborating effectively with Global Marketing Manager on delivering Digital connections within global activation toolkits for innovation projects.

STRATEGY, BUISNESS PERFORMANCE AND ANALYTICS

oContributes to the development of the brand strategy and develops tactics in line with broader business priorities and strategies.

oBrand performance tracking and analytics

GEOGRAPHIC EXPANSION AND MARKET SUPPORT

oEvaluating opportunities for geographic expansion

oClose collaboration with key markets to ensure flawless execution of brand strategy, innovation and connections assets

OTHER

oSupporting Lip Health team on major brand projects eg Category Growth team meetings, How To Win meetings, Senior management reviews

oParticipation in the exhibitions and events
