Digital Marketing Lead

A major pharmaceutical organisation based in Surrey has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join the team. The ideal candidate will champion implementation of globally aligned digital strategies in UK. You will also educate brand teams and sales teams about digital technologies and solutions; including digital selling materials, web sites and e-detailing.

The Role:
.Provide high quality digital marketing direction and leadership to brand teams and sales leaders.
.Build relationships with global digital teams and other key OBU digital leads to capture best practices and maximise value for UK OBU by leveraging resources locally and globally.
.Work with Business Franchise Heads to ensure digital skills are Embedded into sales and marketing teams.
.Lead projects to leverage digital technologies to increase OBU productivity
.Actively manage portfolio of internal and external suppliers of digital services (eg creative, production, content management systems, etc)
.Ensure resources, processes/SOPs, infrastructure in places across OBU for delivery of agreed digital plans, including processes to ensure all digital materials are fully compliant
.Prepare and manage OBU digital project portfolio including liaison with cross functional team
.Delivery of key milestones across portfolio of digital projects.
.Provide consultancy on CRM for brand teams
.Monitor key OBU competitors on their digital strategies and tactics
.Is an expert for brand teams on NP4, ABPI code and other compliance/legal requirements relevant for digital

Experience:
.University degree
.Strong digital marketing background with a passion for educating teams about digital marketing/technologies
.Pharmaceutical/GMP experience preferred or experience of working in a highly regulated environment
.Digital marketing experience
.iPAD/Apple technology knowledge is highly advantageous
.Cross functional collaborative player
.Excellent project management skills and experience
