Located - Leeds City Centre (prime location in heart of Leeds)
Salary £18,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

Contract initially with the option to transfer to permanent

We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive as a new role to our growing team. This person will help us shape and design our digital marketing strategy across different social media channels to help us improve our online presence, brand management, candidate attraction and client development.

The majority of our business has been built on recommendations and referrals which is testament to the high calibre individuals we employ. We now need to ensure this ethos is mirrored through our online presence and that we are using the most appropriate online channels to support the future growth of our business.

Your role will include the following:

- Help us shape and design an appropriate online strategy to our business sector
- Activities to increase and develop our brand with our client and candidate audiences - both online and offline.
- Managing and developing our social media channels to increase brand & candidate attraction
- Organising networking events within our target markets and help to promote events through relevant channels
- Develop the content of our website to ensure depth and personality of our brand is apparent
- Help us develop our offline marketing material

Experience required

- In-depth knowledge/experience of digital marketing - ideally with experience working in a small business environment
- Experience of all Social channels relevant to a professional services business, and how these can be used in an appropriate manner
- A relevant degree in Marketing with a focus on online subjects
- Passionate about marketing and brand development
- Creativity and flair
- Excellent written and verbal communication
