THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Experience with managing photography, copywriting and other marketing communication projects a plus
- Digital marketing experience or online content development background (no social media)
- Experience working for a digital marketing or advertising agency in the past with experience such as developing content for retail websites
- Bachelor's degree with three (3+) year's experience in marketing, communications, E-commerce or related field
- Experience managing the development and execution of digital assets - copy, photography, video, rich media, infographics, etc
- Experience working with product information management system(s) (eg Stibo)
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Support the strategic business plan; specifically related to optimizing client's digital presence across key E-commerce distribution channels
- Support the execution of client's end-to-end content and digital asset strategy and ensure continual optimization of digital presence across our E-commerce channels
- Responsible for working with the Digital Shelf Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications team and/or external agencies to develop and deploy content and digital assets in order to deliver a best-in-class digital shelf presence within defined timelines and budget
- Support the execution of client's E-commerce content and digital asset strategy
- Collaborate with internal marketing communications team and 3rd party agencies to deliver best-in-class digital shelf execution; specific to copy, photography, video, and creative asset development
- Implement the deployment of SEO/SEM strategies as related to content and asset development
- Oversee the input of product data and digital assets into client's product information management system (PIM) and manage the ongoing maintenance and governance of the system
- Engage with cross-functional teams (product marketing, marketing communications, customer content manager) to ensure data and content accuracy
- Manage legal claims approval process to ensure legal compliance of all digital content and assets
- Catalog and manage E-commerce distributors' content requirements and ensure content and assets comply with their specifications
- Identify opportunities for continued content optimization based on insights, data analytics and competitive analysis to ensure optimal presence, positioning and messaging of client's Professional's products on the digital shelf
- Support brand stewardship by ensuring the compliance with and integration of brand positioning/brand standards into digital content execution
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs
- Experience working with cross-functional groups (eg, IT, Sales, Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing) to deliver projects to completion
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and project-management skills
- Must be detail-oriented and deadline focused
- A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in large organizations
- 3+ years of experience working on a digital marketing or E-commerce team or agency
- Experience working with Digital Marketing/E-commerce tools (eg Omniture, Scene 7, Web Collage, etc.)
- Able to work in a Matrix organization driving collaboration across functions and stakeholders
- History of working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects to completion
