Digital Marketing Coordinator - 6 Months Contract (S41)

The Marketing Coordinator is involved in planning, documenting, improving efficiency and supporting the operational aspects of the company for Agencies program in Australia & New Zealand. It is a network of agencies that support small & medium businesses in getting online and using our company's advertising products.

The coordinator will own operations of the Engage program, including events management, online and offline outreach campaigns, and coordination with the company's advertiser support teams. This is a temporary role with six-months duration, with a possibility of extension.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in coordinating and executing successful online and in-person client events.
- Localise and prepare relevant market material (blog posts, email newsletters, website content, direct mail campaigns). 
- Reply to queries coming into a dedicated email queue and act as the main point of contact with our company's advertiser support teams. 
- Monitoring and analyse the approval process of agencies, iterate eligibility criteria and introduce possible automation.

DURATION:  6 months + possible extensions
RATE: $ 50 to $ 55/hour
