Highly skilled Freelance email Campaign Planner needed by this leading digital agency for a new project involved in running a multi segment email communication programme. Based in their central London office you will be responsible to set up and run a specific client's email communication programme to both prospects and their existing customer base, generating ongoing email cycles on a regular basis. The role is initially 3-month Full time freelance, with a view to extend.

The role entails, among other things, working with the client sales team to understand products and services, offers and business needs, generating a constantly-evolving delivery plan for segmentation and messaging, managing the delivery of mail campaigns, and regular analytics and reporting of activity effectiveness.

Essential Skills:
At least two years experience in planning and running multi-segment email programmes across customer and prospect bases either in an agency or client environment.
Experience in segmenting customer and prospect data across multiple levels.
Experience in developing targeted messaging across segments based on a top-level messaging platform and offer programme.
Experience briefing creatives, copywriters and developers to deliver planned campaigns.
Experience in email campaign analytics and reporting.
Personality will be important - though the agency team is small and friendly, the client environment is highly-pressured and will involve dealing with director-level engagements, so experience in dealing at that level is crucial.
-(Preferred) experience with Pardot/Salesforce or a (minimum) similar level marketing automation suite.
-(Preferred) knowledge of networking and network systems/solutions (due to client sector) or (minimum) solid technical understanding and able to learn quickly.
-(Preferred) knowledge of Net Promoter Score benchmarking and communication.
