Digital Manager

We require a Web Developer Manager Digital Content Manager for a 6 month contract based in Dublin. Minimum of 5 years development experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable industry experience

- Minimum 2+ years experience of LEADING A TEAM OF DEVELOPERS.
- The candidate should be innovative, creative, flexible and self-directed.
- Very strong understanding and experience of software development processes, product life cycles and industry agreed "Best Practices" in relation to software development.
- Strong knowledge of WEB TECHNOLOGIES (HTML 5, FLASH, FLEX, XML ACTIONSCRIPT, JSCRIPT ETC).
- Proven ability to work on own initiative, in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
- Experience estimating software development time and costs.
- Strong team-organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A proven ability to contribute to an effective and positive team environment
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to change quickly and easily and to motivate others to do likewise.
