Digital IT Project Manager (AEM) - Pharma

Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a Senior PROJECT MANAGER with STRONG EXPERIENCE with DIGITAL IT (in particular on digital platform like AEM).

This is a contracting role planned to start ASAP until the end of October 2017 with extension opportunities.

PROJECT BACKGROUND:

The Medical Multichannel Digital Hub Project will be the backbone for digital medical interactions with HCPs (Health Care Professionals) pre, during and post congresses.

TASKS:

- Plan and manage project through to implementation
- Manage external offshore development partner (in India)
- Manage scope together with business to ensure delivery
- Provide regular project status reporting and communications
- Good stakeholder management to ensure expectations are well managed

IDEAL PROFILE:

- 7+ YEARS of PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE and experience with RUNNING GLOBAL PROJECTS
- 5 + years of experience in implementation and managing of digital projects (in particular ON AEM = DIGITAL PLATFORM)
- Experience with managing an OFFSHORE DEVELOPMENT TEAM (eg in India)
- Excellent communications skills with fluency in English
- Stakeholder management experience
- Pro-activity and ability to work independently
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Experience at running a virtual project team across different time zones
