Digital Hardware/ FPGA Design Engineers - Permanent - Berkshire An opportunity has arisen for experienced Digital Hardware/ FPGA Design Engineers to join a growing R&D team for a leading technology company specialising in developing state of the art products for the professiona broadcast market. As an experienced Digital Hardware/ FPGA Design Engineer you will work in a close-knit team of multidisciplined engineers and be involved in product development from concept definition through FPGA and board level circuit design and finally transfer into production. Requirements: * degree educated in electronics engineering or similar discipline * 5+ years commercial experience of hardware design * FPGA/ CPLD design and verification * VHDL/ Verilog programming * Board level high speed digital circuit design * PCB design Beneficial: * Broadcast video/ audio experience * ARM Cortex A8 or TI DSP processors * MPEG-2, H.264 * Dolby * DDR2/DDR3 * Embedded microprocessor system design in C language * Xilinx tool set * OrCAD schematic capture Whether you are a Digital Hardware/ FPGA Design Engineer looking for the next level up or a Senior/Principal level engineer seeking a challenging role, this is a great opportunity to join a fast growing company who truly adopts a meritocratic environment.
