Digital Experience & Design Manager - Edinburgh FTC

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced digital team.

The successful candidate will:
Be experienced in undertaking requirements gathering, analysis and design of Digital solutions particularly for online customer sales and service propositions.
Have strong customer focus and the ability to use data to drive the right behaviour is essential as well as an ability to balance the needs of the business with the needs of our customers.
Will continuously seek to improve systems and processes to enhance the online customer experience.

Experience Required
Relevant degree or several years experience in a similar role.
Ability to collect, analyse and develop business and technical requirements.
Experience in identifying solutions and making recommendations which will improve the customer experience.
Experience in creating wireframes or prototypes to bring the customer experience to life.
Experience in using web analytics and other management information to help identify improvements to the online experience
Experience working with third party suppliers and internal IT departments.
Capability to work in a fast moving environment whilst ensuring quality and timescales are met. Be sure to apply ASAP so as to make the most of this opportunity.
