The role

From e-communications, to dto digital projects, you'll help us do a better job than ever when it comes to engaging our customers and stakeholders.

You'll bring your skills and dedication to an organisation that's making a big difference to the people, companies and clients of the construction industry - and for the UK economy. We're devoted to building competitive advantage for the construction industry by ensuring the sector has the right skills, in the right place, at the right time.

Across diverse channels, you'll identify, develop and deliver digital communications and solutions. Your projects will increase transactional activity and enhance customer journeys across our digital channels. A range of CITB teams will look to you for support in translating products, services and information into digital channels. Working closely with fellow specialists in areas including External Relations and Marketing, you'll offer strategic advice on how we can use digital to extend the reach of news and communications. Along the way, you'll ensure digital projects exceed benchmarks for cost, quality and accessibility.

The requirements

Well expect you to demonstrate the technical skills and understanding necessary to edit and refine digital communications. You'll bring to the role excellent people skills, including a flair for influencing, collaborating and building strong working relationships.

This post will require some travel with overnight stays and may require work outside of normal hours.
