Digital Executive

DIGITAL EXECUTIVE

OVERVIEW:

Working within the Digital Manager, this position will help develop the CRM and Online Marketing campaigns within the commercial team. You will be working with 4 key suppliers and working with our internal Brand Marketing, Business Development Teams to ensure all their needs are meet to drive a commercially focused business.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To work with the Digital Manager and work closely with a number of internal stakeholders to ensure effective marketing planning and online campaigns to drive the development and delivery of the Heathrow Express marketing plan.
- Use your expert knowledge to develop and transform CRM campaigns, increase customer contact points, and online marketing within Heathrow Express. This includes working closely with a number of external suppliers.
- Accountable to the Digital Manager (Projects) for ensuring all digital requirements for projects are defined in sufficient detail to avoid ambiguity or contradiction.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 2 years' Digital marketing experience minimum
- Organised with evidenced ability to be able to develop robust marketing plans
- Desirable to have experience of working in and contributing to projects

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

- Marketing qualification
- Technical snapshot: HTML5, CSS, Photoshop
- Marketing Experience
- Campaign management
- Database management
- Marketing Reporting
- Web analytics (Omniture and Google analytic preferable)
- CMS experience
- PPC, SEO and Display experience
