For our client in BASEL we are looking for a DIGITAL ENABLEMENT MANAGER for a 3-MONTH contract.
DURATION: 01/09/2018 TO 30/11/2018
LOCATION: BASEL
WORKLOAD: 100%
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Digital Enablement Manager is responsible for leading the design, creation and delivery of social media enablement capabilities that contribute to the purpose of the Social Media Hub and the Technology Enablement Team; to enable individuals and teams to have greater business impact through social media on an enterprise level globally.
MAIN TASKS:
. Delivers Enablement projects, the main to be enabling Social Media Program Owners to add all Social Media Accounts in the Social Media Management Platform
. Sets resources and establishes project management processes to deliver enablement capabilities. Includes convening teams, establishing project discipline and timelines for delivery of projects.
. Anticipates the life cycle of social media technology enablement capabilities from creation to close.
. Embraces technology and is curious about its application to advance social media. Includes establishing productive relationship with partners across the enterprise
. Is responsible for difficult decisions about success and failure of enablement projects. Is able to make courageous decisions on challenges
. Monitors and maintains quality of social media technology enablement capabilities.
. Measures success of social media technology enablement capabilities delivery. Sets key performance indicators for solutions delivery and installs systems to monitor and report on these.
. Is able to convert her/his expertise into actionable projects that may require new ways of working among individuals and teams.
MUST HAVES:
-Degree in areas such as Management, Social Sciences, Technology, Arts, Media, Philosophy;
-Digital & Social Media/digital marketing degree/courses highly desirable
-Fluency in English, written and verbal. Other language skills desirable, with high preference German or Spanish
-Digital and Social Media Experience
-Healthcare or other regulated industry experience
-A proven record of accomplishment in developing and managing effective internal & client relationships
-Proven ability to motivate to perform and deliver requirements
