Digital Enablement Manager

For our life-science client based in Basel, Switzerland, we are currently looking for a:

Digital Enablement Manager

for leading the design, creation and delivery of social media enablement capabilities that contribute to the purpose of the Social Media Hub and the Technology Enablement Team; to enable individuals and teams to have greater business impact through social media on an enterprise level globally.

* Delivers Enablement projects, the main to be enabling Social Media Program Owners to add all Owned Social Media Accounts in the certified Social Media Management Platform
* Sets resources and establishes project management processes to deliver enablement capabilities
* Anticipates the life cycle of social media technology enablement capabilities from creation to close
* Embraces technology and is curious about its application to advance social media
* Is responsible for difficult decisions about success and failure of enablement projects
* Monitors and maintains quality of social media technology enablement capabilities
* Measures success of social media technology enablement capabilities delivery

Requirements:
-Degree in areas such as Management, Social Sciences, Technology, Arts, Media, Philosophy
-Digital & Social Media/digital marketing degree/courses highly desirable
-Fluency in English, written and verbal. Other language skills desirable, with high preference German or Spanish
-Digital and Social Media Experience
-Healthcare or other regulated industry experience
-A proven record of accomplishment in developing and managing effective internal & client relationships
-Proven ability to motivate to perform and deliver requirements
