Our client requires a Digital Designer for an initial 3 month rolling contract based in Dublin - URGENT REQUIREMENT
Experience working on global brands and developing regional/global campaigns
* Develop creative strategies and implement all creative requirements including copy, layout, illustration, artwork, films and photography
* Determining, developing and nurturing the creative idea as well as visual/verbal expression and content for brands/businesses
* Provide the strategic compass for creative development, helping teams to spot and nurture the most appropriate, rich and valuable ideas in the creative process
* Create campaign ideas that work across media. ie. website, social media, video, interactive, and mobile
* Develop/maintain brand's tone of voice, visual style and guidelines for one unified brand appeal
* Ability to simplify and deconstruct complex issues and briefs to understand the core insight/issue related to the business and lead the creative or strategic process into developing work that creates impact to clients business
* Develop points of view on new technology, consumer behavior and client business that can power the company to deliver campaigns for its existing and potential clients
* Educate and guide the broader internal team on award winning creative work create a culture for providing actionable insights for great award winning work
* Consistently and constructively challenge assumptions
* Be considered, concise, logical and articulate
* Be decisive and action-orientated
* Create compelling and persuasive arguments for creative work developed by the team
* Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing and how creatively these can be used for existing/prospective clients to solve their business challenges or objectives
* Partner across functions to refine creative processes for all content workstreams in partnership with digital production and client servicing team
* Develop tactics which bring creative concepts to life and achieve program objectives
* Managing, leading, recruiting and cultivating idea, art and creative director talent and leveraging this talent for priority opportunities
* Having a presence, credible point of view and ability to help articulate creative ideas with C-suite executives
* Monitor and control delivery of projects within cost, time and quality constraints, identifying and taking corrective action where required
* Direct the creative product from concept to completion of every project on schedule
