Digital Department Procurement Manager

Background
Our central government client has a 6 month requirement for a Digital Department Procurement Manager based in London.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
The person will be responsible for. Manage procurements through appropriate route to market to support Digital strategy.

Specifically 
Digital Services Framework 
Cloud Store.

Support Transformation Manager in sourcing exemplar projects via the agreed procurement route in a timely manner to ensure compliance and optimise end-to-end transaction time. Agree output requirements in conjunction with Transformation, and customer. Document agreement in SOW or Call-off order as required. Maintain published procurement log of all activities. Assist in drafting business cases.

Outputs/Deliverables to be achieved
The candidate will be expected to:
- Source through appropriate framework agreed service(s) to support digital proposition(s) allocated to them via Procurement Manager/Transformation Manager.
- Support Transformation Manager with developing appropriate solutions from engagement with government customers.
- Develop and agree call-off contracts, and SOWs that reflect project needs.

Skills/Experience Required
The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of government procurement.
Experience of executive and junior stakeholder engagement.
Strong influencing skills
