JOB TITLE

Digital Customer Support Representative

JOB PURPOSE:

Visa Europe has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative in their Customer Support - Business Support & Analysis department. The purpose of the role is to provide an excellent level of support to cardholders across all Visa Digital products, services by taking ownership of their problems, enquiries, requests and issues, and either resolving these or co-ordinating a response from Visa Europe.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure customer satisfaction through the provision of excellent quality service by analysing, resolving and logging complex customer queries in an accurate and timely manner
Educate cardholders about Visa products and services.
Liaise with all Visa departments as appropriate, accurately disseminating information, in order to ensure that responses to complex queries are communicated to consumers in an appropriate and timely manner
Assist Visa to improve Cardholders' experience of Visa products and services by making recommendations for improvement
Develop and manage scripts to be used by all staff when answering queries

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Fluency in English and at least one other European language - spoken and written to a level of business fluency. Excellent Customer Service skills
High level of communication skills both verbal and written

Proven experience or appreciation of working in a customer-focused environment
Ability to grasp and understand information and systems quickly

Ability to prioritise

High level of attention to detail
Excellent problem solving skills

Ability to work on own initiative but be a good team player.
Good inter-personal skills
