Projektbeschreibung

Our client, a major eCommerce organisation, is looking for a Digital Marketing expert with a proven track record in the use of customer relationship and campaign management tools. You will have a strong background in the technical implementation of CRM tools, but be able to match this knowledge with a good understanding of Digital Marketing to be able to bridge the gap between the IT and Marketing teams.

You will define business requirements based on current market needs and produce the end to end personalised customer experience. Working with digital teams, you will deliver roadmap requirements, select pilots and lead personalised customer experience adoption ensuring projects progress in line with the agreed strategy.

You will have a solid career history in CRM, digital and branding skills covering the full end to end process. You will have the knowledge to design and implement customer management systems and will have experience in tools such as SAP-CRM, Oracle Right Now, OCOD, Neolane - Adobe Campaign.

Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to consider applications from candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
