Digital Content & Transformation Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Create (re-usable) digital content - milestones: weekly All Hands meeting
- Support teams and leadership to create re-usable engaging and excellent content (incl. recaps) for virtual forums and digital channels
- Create visuals and teasers for advertising the different team engagement and collaboration platforms and efforts 
- Documentation of designed and signed off communication and other material via preferred tools/channels 
- Storytelling (create messaging related to successes, ways of working and traits of the unique team culture, create articles, development of Yammer postings, creation of other relevant content when news articles are being published
- Lead internal social media efforts (Drive visibility of DSS leadership, successes, ways of working and focus across the company social media channels (Yammer, Teams) and outside where needed (e.g. LinkedIN) on an ongoing basis to ensure consistent visibility 
- Develop and deliver high quality training standards (based on existing training framework) and a user-friendly self-service platform (SharePoint) with ready-to-go tips, templates, checklists, forms, support contacts, content and more covering the 5 pillars Training Needs Analysis, Training Approach & Curriculum, Training Material, Conducting and Evaluating Training)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Expert user of Microsoft Office suite of products especially SharePoint Online, Teams, Yammer, Stream, Forms, Powerpoint
- Expert in writing / storytelling in English  
-Advanced Photoshop skills
- Content creation expertise
- Proven ability to work with executive level and team members likewise – in a fast paced and complex environment. 
- Excellent English skills (at least C2 level)
