Digital Content Technical & Business Analyst

On behalf of one of our major clients, a leading multinational company based in Switzerland, we are actively looking for a DIGITAL CONTENT TECHNICAL & BUSINESS ANALYST

Working in the MAM (Marketing Asset Management) team in the D&B (Design & Build):

- Digital Content Technical & Business analyst
- Working closely with D&B, Markets, NBS (Nestlé Business Services) and Marketing Function
- Design the process for the Upload Content Model of Digital Asset into MAM
- Design the enhancements that might be needed in MAM to optimize the process upload and validation of Digital assets

Key Responsibilities 
Working closely with the D&B, Markets, Function and NBS, the key responsibilities of this person are as follows:

- Acting as coordinator and analyst for the overall definition of the Content Upload Model
- Working closely with the various stakeholders to understand the scope, the constraints and the processes around Content and  tagging of Assets
- Defining the process based on the learning's and the various meetings and workshops held during the course of this exercise
- Design the enhancements required to cater for the process defined to upload an Asset into MAM using the NBS services.
- Creation of the learning and training material

KEY SKILLS:

- Business and Process Knowhow in Marketing in CPG industry
- Experience in Digital Content Upload Model and Taxonomy
- Experience with workflow processes
- Understanding of Marketing Planning and Execution tools and its related Reporting Tools from an End-to-End perspective
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
