Digital Content Designer, 300, Central London, 6 Months

Digital Content Designer is needed to work in Central London for a large Government Department. Someone who wants to contribute to the most demanding and exciting new digital service.We want to make the service and information simple and clear for its users. To do that, we need a good content designer who understands the web, technology and people.

YOU'LL NEED TO BE ABLE TO:

* Take complex language and processes and make them simple to understand

* Work with people who don't understand good web usability

* Be able to explain your decisions/edits clearly

Specialist skills required

We need you to have:

* Extensive experience of writing for the web, phone and tablet and non-digital, with proven ability of creating content that is accessible and usable

* Proven experience in using user feedback to define/refine content

* Proven experience of working within a web application development environment

* Experience in choosing the best format for displaying information to the user

* Experience in working with content publishing systems
