IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Develop, maintain, and socialize global repository for digital marketing and communications standards and guidance that DigX Board will create and oversee
-Plan, implement, and manage global DigX events, meetings, and community activities
-Create value by defining, stimulating and supporting internal worldwide community of web-content
-Contributor/manager, product manager, IT expert and digital marketer to collaborate, share best practice and learn from each other
-Identify and manage DigX digital channels that will be used in animation of community such as Newsletters, G+ site and website
-Recruit members to community, identify Key stakeholders and drive for adoption
-Engage with Digital Marketing Community to capture requests (content, training, expertise, ideas) and work with global brand/corporate teams and external partners to create it and make it availablemaximize local adoption, feedback global team on local interest/take-up
-Liaise with Comms Internal and External Comms teams to ensure visibility of DigX activities to these teams
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound work experience in Digital Marketing, as Product Manager, Community manager or similar position, with track record delivering successful results
-Extensive project management experience
-Passionate about digital marketing and have knowledge and experience in healthcare / medical device
-Understanding of strategic issues related to business implementation of online solutions
-Willingness to work individually as virtual team member in International Corporate Organization
-Excellent business presence and communications skills such as ability to influence and align stakeholders
-Proficiency in English, Spanish is a plus
-Excellent presentation development and delivery skills
-Willingness to travel, up to 15% worldwide
