Digital Communications Officer
Rate:250-300/day
Location: London
Duration: TBC- likely to be 3 month initially

My government client is looking for an experienced communications officer, with solid digital expertise, to join them on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be hands on in nature and have a positive "can-do" attitude. They must also have experience of, and the ability to undertake, the following tasks:

-general communications support
-Managing relationship with other government stakeholders, ensuring that the copy & content produced is clear and concise
-Ensuring publications are apt for digital channels and maximising the use of digital channels
-Digital marketing
-Optimising digital presence in non paid for channels- eg social media
-Understand campaigns
-Work with agencies, briefing designers etc
-Good copy skills
-government experience desirable
