Digital Communications Campaign Support Exec

Essential
*Experience of working in any of the following fields:
- Communications, Customer Service, Customer Liaison, Copywriting, Marketing, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing, Journalism, Press

*Experience of supporting communications delivery across multiple channels. This should include writing copy or content for a variety of communications channels for example letters, briefing notes, presentations, press releases, e-brochures, leaflets, customer information, external e-mails, websites, intranets
*Liaison with 'subject matter experts' whose background is not in digital Communications or Copywriting
*Management of stakeholders at a range of levels including Senior Managers, Managers, Executive Officers and Administrators
*Proficient in Microsoft Office IT, particularly word and excel
*Good communications and interpersonal and team working skills

Desirable
*Experience of supporting Digital Communications Campaigns Management
*Experience delivering sensitive or complex messages across a range of communications channels
*Experience in developing approval processes with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast moving environment

Essential
*Occasional travel in the UK
*Occasional overnight stays
