Digital Communications Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Communications Assistant for a leading Christian organisation based in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven background in content creation who is looking for a new and exciting challenge.

The main purpose of the role is to provide technical support for all web and digital communications requirements and to contribute to the updating and creation of content for all online channels.

You will also be responsible for;

* Assisting in the writing and editing of content for the website and other digital channels.
* Providing technical support and contributing to the development of online resources as part of the web and digital communications teams overall digital strategy.
* Scheduling news updates and other engaging materials on social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, LinkedIn and YouTube

About you;

* You will have experience of working within a digital communications environment, including experience of and proficiency in web CMS
* You will also have experience of developing email and social media content and distribution
* You will have a strong academic background and ideally be trained in digital communications.
* You will have proficient skills in Microsoft applications including experience in HTML coding
* You will be able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
