DIGITAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST
Dear Digital Communication Specialist,
I'm supporting my international leading pharmaceutical client in finding a DIGITAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST to join them until mid 2017 with a possibility for extension. The focus on this role will lie in enabling and supporting brand teams with digital initiatives.
The environment exists out of a highly remote team (most are home-based). You will be expected to work on-site but 25% home-office is possible if necessary. The team you're part of is spread in Switzerland and Austria
In this position you will advise the business in all matters relating to digital media. Priorities are set in the defined Therapeutic Areas.
You will develop and implement digital communication strategies. Through digital media you will gain customer insights
With your acquired knowledge you will hold internal trainings on digital subjects
TASKS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
-Monitoring market development in terms of digital trends (industry independently).
-Monitoring of the digital activities of competitors.
-Design and implementation of all measures and projects in coordination with the digital strategy, as well as the respective brand strategy.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Digital Project Management experience
-3-5 years seniority.
-Pharma Experience.
-Fluent English (spoken and written).
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
-Analytics.
-CRM knowledge.
-User Experience, Customer journey.
-Experience working in a Matrix organization. Not necessarily international.
-Knowledge of therapeutic areas.
-German.
