ROLE:
INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL COMMUNICATION PROJECT MANAGER
Develop creative and impactful digital experiences with the objectives to:
- Adapt the 360° communication campaign into a creative and impactful digital experiences
- Drive purchases and positive word of mouth
- Positioned my client as an innovative and cutting-edge company.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Digital communication project Management
Develop digital platforms (conception and production) with the support of International Digital Communication Manager for a selection of digital communication activities (ATL, BTL and sponsoring)
Define the concept (creative and mechanics) of these platforms in close cooperation with the International Communication Project Manager. Club/CRM and Product Development teams will also be involved.
Lead the production of these platforms, ensuring the brand consistency, the technical feasibility and the positive impact on communication campaigns and sales.
Inform International Digital Communication Manager on a weekly basis minimum on project advancements, and alert early enough on potential issues.
Liaise with IT hosting department to ensure technical feasibility and to maximize performance.
Inform analytics specialist of the platforms specificities and define in collaboration KPI's in order to develop a tagging plan
Define, in collaboration with the communication project manager, the emailing targeting with CRM Activation team and support the creative phases of the Master.
Coordinate banners campaign (auto-promotion and ATL) and develop Masters
Ensure a good collaborative relationship with the agencies and help choosing the agency per project depending on their core competencies.
2- Local Campaign management
Liaise with IMM/Zone Marketing Managers/local Marketing Managers in order to regularly inform key stakeholders about the evolution of the projects
Support local programs and promotions when materials provided by HQ do not meet local needs (brand development, competition)
3- Global management
Be proactive: ask to be updated on satistic datas and analysis, business results, in order to improve the next digital campaigns
Propose new solutions, experiences and technologies based on trends

KNOWLEDGES:
Min. 2-4 years Digital Marketing background gained in either FMCG, lifestyle/luxury companies, web agency, or communication agency
Experience of project management
Proven Agency Management skills
LANGUAGE(S):
Fluent in French and in English, a third language will be preferred
