Digital Channels Online Manual Tester (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
As Tester, you are "end to end" accountable for executing testing activities in the context of online marketing campaigns and the creation of new direct sales and servicing flows.
You are responsible for the manual execution of tests based on test scenarios, logging defects and verifying their resolution, reporting the status of all tests & defect progress of projects on multiple devices and browsers configurations. You report directly to the Test Manager' and participate in status meetings.
You have a pro-active approach to your work and the execution of tests as well as good communication skills, and can work independently.
You are familiar with Web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, etc.) and have a 'digital DNA'.
You will work for the business line Retail & Private banking - Marketing Department

Function Description
As Manual Tester, your key responsibilities are to:
° Understand and execute the testing required to validate projects
° Track your work for planning purposes
° Log detailed defects and report their statuses
° Escalate issues and risks
° Provide support to the development team to reproduce defects
° Report to the Test Manager or other stakeholders
° Participate to status meeting to provide feedback on tests execution
Pro-actively test projects outside of their defined test scenarios

Certification
e.g. Prince2, ITSQB, ITIL, ADKAR, … N/A if none required

Languages Requirement
Dutch OR French with understanding of the second language and knowledge of English
